I want to start with Nayax. Do I need machines first?
No. Starting with Nayax is the point of the hub.
Read device-to-vertical fit before you order. VPOS Touch, Onyx, Media 4, and Media Mini are not interchangeable: Media 4 is MDB only (vending / F&B); Media Mini is Pulse / Marshall / Cloud — no MDB — so a vending MDB cabinet needs Media 4, not Mini. Device availability is subject to country. You still buy the reader from Nayax or a distributor.
When the hardware arrives, the field manual is the work: product maps and commissioning. Run a site rating before you sign the room. UR-OS is that sequence. A block in your plan is costing you every month.
Is this Nayax hardware?
No. UR-OS does not sell readers, SIMs, or telemetry contracts. Those come from Nayax and their distributors.
What you buy here is the operator stack around that hardware: reader-to-machine fit, commissioning, and product maps. If you are starting with Nayax, you still order the device from Nayax. UR-OS is what you read before you order the reader that almost fits, and what you follow when it arrives.
I already have a reader. Do I still need the book?
Yes. The reader is hardware. The book is the work.
Product maps, commissioning, and whether the site pays back. None of that ships in the device.
You bought the reader from Nayax or a distributor. UR-OS is what you follow now that it is in the room.
Refunds?
Digital product. Instant download. Refunds only if UR-OS is not as described. Contact Unattended Co with the payment ID. Access is revoked on a refund.
Change of mind after download is not a defect. Wrong vertical at checkout is not a defect. A Nayax reader ordered separately that does not fit the cabinet is not a UR-OS defect.
