Refund policy

UR-OS is a digital field manual delivered immediately on payment.

Refunds are only for product not as described. Contact Unattended Co within 7 days of purchase with the payment ID. Access is revoked if a refund is issued.

Change of mind after download is not a defect. Wrong vertical chosen at checkout is not a defect. A Nayax reader ordered separately that does not fit the cabinet is not a UR-OS defect.
